The guide will pick you up at your hotel or you can arrange to meet in the city centre. You will visit four local eateries to taste authentic Czech dishes. 

 You will have the opportunity to taste typical Czech dishes such as “Vepro knedlo zelo”- czech dumplings with pork or smoked pork with cabbage, Prague ham,  duck, goose, goulash, “svíčková” beef sirloin with cream and cranberries,  pork ribs, pork knuckle with horse raddish and mustard, fried cheese, beef tartar, potato pancake,  “utopenci - drowned man” - a pickled sausage or pickled camembert with chilli peppers and onion or “chlebíčky” - open top sandwich with ham, egg, potato salad or fish or egg spread.

For a dessert you will taste typical koláče with marmelade, poppy seads, plum jam, cheese cake, honey cake, apple strudel , buchty, věneček, větrník, kremrole and others! Go where the locals eat!

Tasting the great Czech beer, or Moravian wine is a must!
